I surface overwhelmed at work. Should I stop trying?
I work for an internet tech support company. Rather than taking calls, my primary job is to backing other techs with their calls. I surface like I am working entirely too hard whereas others beside my position are not. There are several specialty areas that I have given the extra effort to train myself on, and whenever a tech have a question that falls into one of these areas, the other supervisors send them to me because they are too inactive to figure anything out on their own. Also, apparently I have become the techs' favorite being to talk to, and as a result I spend the day overwhelmed and constantly trying to do three things at once whereas most of the other supervisors sit around and play games or see movies, or hang out with respectively other doing nothing. I don't know what to do. I'm just doing my available job, but I'm having to pick up everyone else's slack. Our department is in trouble of going under, and if I slack off, I consistency like everything will end up running amok.

I switched from Computer Science to Mechanical Engineering. Was this a angelic job choice?

I wanna quit from bestbuy, how should i shift around doing it?
I asked this question earlier, but i disappeared out some details so i'll ask it again. I'm 16, a junior in high arts school, and i've been working at geek squad at bestbuy for about a month, but our store have only been break open for about 2 weeks. i wanna quit cuz i don't like working near, i'm scheduled for too many hours so it's intricate to get all my university work done, we get our schedules the afternoon before or the DAY OF that week (ex. i got my rota for this week yesterday. i didnt even know how late i was working yesterday until i get to work), we can't take any time off until the pause of january, and even if we request it, we have to do it 8 days in mortgage, but we get our schedules for the week the year that the week starts! plus i don't really like the ethics of geek squad, pretty much they would a bit take $100 from you than teach you some article that would only take a minute to explain how to do. i dont plan on getting another charge until about february, pretty much b/c im only 16 and i dont necessitate the money that bad, but theres an IT intern opening up consequently with the county i live in, for in the region of the same pay. I don't consider i'd need to put in a 2 week mind, mostly b/c it's retail, but also b/c one of our managers said that if we wanted to give notice, he would just say "appreciation for working here", (in a fairly polite manner) and let us be on our route. idk if i wanna quit today or not.
