you need to dance to local college job fairs, the college you are currently at will support you find a job as an intern,,, go to the couselors and they will assistance you... they have more jobs in that than they have kids asking for them.

these positions go through college recruiting office, and are not advertised as open positions most of the time, so start within. Two pieces of advice:
1. even if it's not a marketing position a job surrounded by a corporate environment will teach you lots-often interns are exposed to many areas so don't write-off non marketing positions too briskly.

2. if a good, non-paid position is avaialble try to take it-the experience could be invaluable. i know you obligation money, but if you can, do it.

i have hired people for marketing related job based almost entirely on internship work. it is woth it.
