I saw vaccancy in NHS in their website and applied.They call me for interview and later send me a undertaking offer letter and fixed the joining date. So ihave submitted my resignation to the present employer and he recruit somebody to replace me.

But just 7 days before the joining date next to NHS they informed me they have witdrawn the post and if you want you can complaint to HR department.I have a mortgage to wage and wife and child too. I have no job. What can I do.please minister to me. I don't want claim any benefits .I need a job

Try contacting the inspector by any means and tell him your plight. the HR relatives wont entertain you as most of them are heartless race and are used to hearings from interviewees. tell your problem and if poss cry a touch (sometimes you have to do) . Once you know that these people are not going to listen, shout and hold everyone aware of the scene. Give article in the famous weekly about this and make them guilty. File a complaint beside your union . All the Best and God bless you.

don't know what the set up is contained by UK(?)is this where you are?
but you have the right to ask the would be employer WHY you hold been let down surrounded by this way.
if it is because the job lost funding, ask them when is the subsequent position coming up, and you expect to be considered for it under NATURAL JUSTICE.
if they won't give you an explanation, take after your union. or a discrimination board. or a piercing TV expose show. tell your story to everyone. enough racket and the NHS may decide to rethink, to shut you up!
