UK Employment directive... Can I be suspended lacking human being told why?...?
Law & Legal Job Q&A
My friend wants me to try and find out some information for him as he has be suspended. Hopefully, someone here might know some answers :) Can I be suspended over the phone without being told why? What is the best strategy for starting a collective grievance? Our different manager is being plain harsh to a _lot_ of people, it's like she's on some crazy power trip. If an employer requests to give me a discipline, are they allowed to tell me I cannot bring a specific work colleague? I hope you guys can answer my question, thank you :) P.S. I am in the UK
