i work in office depot and i started within back to school week. they hadnt given me a number but to clock in yet so i have to write my hours down in paper. ive be working 3 months now and i still havent gotten those hours. what should i do? the manger has the hours and he only just has to fax it to corporate. my friend said they are suppose to pay you the first weeks bread by law. is this true.
My local council are access personal information information in the order of me from the DWP. Is this permissible?

He was in lock up for robbery, theft & misdeameanors but has other gone to jail for something stupid. I want to direct him in the right direction short his hopes or dreams destroyed. I had a verble argument with my boss, the subsequent day i told him that i was sorry and the outburst on my piece was added by the personal stress I have be under from some medical testing that I own been under going. Two days next he sends me the following letter: You are currently suspended from employment and it will be mandatory before returning to work to acquire a communication from your physician stating the initial appointment date and diognostic results. that lead you to this level of stress you claim you enjoy been under. I own never missed one moment of a working hour for my medical appointments and thus never felt the need to ask for any " I be seen in the department today, excuses" Am I not protected under some form of privicy act or tenet here? I need some way to right to be heard or show him in a legal route that what he ask for he is not allowed to have. I did get hold of a letter from my doctor saying i am curently beneath his care for further evailuation.

I'm sixteen; I work at a pizza place and go to school. Long story short, my mom call my work and told my managers to hold my paycheck from me because of a phone bill, and that she would pick it up, not me. According to the law, she's rightfully obligated to seizing my assets. I worked OT a few days, then 6 days straight, and through Memorial Day, which is time and a partially, and pulled 20 more hours before the pay-deadline. It would've been my biggest paycheck, but I won't see anything from it. I bought a unmarked setup with some money from my last paycheck, because she took my other three skateboards, and she took that while i be sleeping. I had gotten two tickets for skating at the same time. I be skating on my cruiser back to school, across a crosswalk, and the cop be a dick; I got arrested; didn't have an I.D; Ticket be $193. She claims I was too immature to discharge it. I made over $300, it's gone. We just had a rotund argument. I'm so pissed that I have pissed off dreams. How should I counter?
My nephew applied for a duty at Qwest Communications and have a felony. Will they deny him a work becasue of this

They have a website we can log into but I have have nothing but trouble logging in. They will reset the password but a few weeks latter I can't log in again. At this point it has be close to six months since I have seen a earnings stub. The money is in the bank but here is no way for me to see if they are shorting me, what I am paying for taxes, what I have departed for vacation days, ect..I have requested a printed stub from payroll and own been told that was impossible. That I must use the website. On top of adjectives that the website is not compatable with Apple computers. What do I have at home? 3 Apple computers! Still Payroll will not give support to me. My boss owns a few restaurants...but closed ours and won't pay us. ("us" is all of the employees-20 to 30 total) This is the second time he's closed it, we still have checks from the last time that could not be cashed - but since we're servers and it was hourly remuneration, it wasn't much, so we didn't worry about it). Now he is refuse to pay us our hourly wages OR the tips earned over the concluding few weeks before the closing. --- Over this time we have be unable to cash checks due to insufficient funds, have checks bounce or been turned away with no dosh. ---- We are going to the Tx Workforce Comm. - district attorney & considering getting an attorney and suing to cover the rest! We tried to be nice and let the owners catch up and get things right...but we hear that they are saying bad stuff roughly us and don't care about us or our retribution! What are the odds that we'll be successful? Also, is it legal to protest surrounded by front of the restaurant he still has open? What else should we do?
