We are thinking of hiring a personal chef to help around here. They will only be doing the cooking, not doing housework and cleaning up. How much should you rate the personal chef who specializes in filipino cooking, if you are only a freelance computer fix that makes $45 an hour? I thought about something close to 20 waiters 15 cooks 1 executive chef 2 sous-chefs 2 pastry chefs But this seems close to a staggering amount of staff. Is this correct or will I need more/less?
