at 15 the hours you can legally work while college is in session are limited.
you can not work more consequently 18 hours per week(40 hrs week when school is out) never before 7am or after 7pm (9pm when university is not in session) no work during normal institution hours(while school is in session), no more later 3 hours on a school day, no more later 8 hours on a non-school day.
the duties you can perform are also restricted by law.
your starting pay and potential to work will be give or take a few the same with any place so go with whomever will hire you and you are comfortable near.
