i dont know how to answer this. it is on my yearly eval for my raise. i process doctor referral and had the same supervisor for 8 months. she she really easygoing and is always there for her staff. i dont construe there is a mean article about her but however i still dont know how i should answer this question. what would you put?

To me, it is being available. If you have a cross-question, how difficultis it for you to be able to discuss it with her and find an answer.
Is it"", :give me a minute and I'll be right with you." Or, is it, "I hold a meeeting, I'm tied up, can it wait, or being putoff within another manner?"
As a supervisor, I felt if you own a question, let's answer it, then you can finish what you're working on instead of have to set it aside until later.
