I just moved to the Memphis Area and I'm looking for work that's pretty immediate until I find something more durable, I have 4 years of experience as a receptionist and admin, does anyone know a good temp agency that give assignments pretty quickly?

I did an interview about almost two weeks ago. The company told me that they would call me fund and let me know. Therefore after it has be a week, I emailed and left the voice message. The company havent called me support. I first thought they were ignoring me. I tiniest wanted the answer whether I would get hired or not. Later I call them again and the customer service representative told me that they were rearranging the department, cleaning up so they would call me back by monday(today) or so.. Do you regard I would get hired if they said they would call me wager on by today or so? They should of told me at least that I did not get surrounded by if I wasnt getting hired right if I emailed them and left them voice message? if the customer respresentative told me that the company would call me put a bet on on their decision, will I get hired most plausible after they clean up, rearrage the desk? what do you think? base on my circumstances?

Ok so I am an Executive Assistant for a restaurant pioneer in Vancouver, B.C.. I run his expenses, his bills, any miscellaneous stuff he asks for, files, get him in place for his meetings (although he does this mostly himself)... I have so much spare time and resembling he said in my 3 month review, "To increase your value you must find and clutch control over something we are lacking". Do you have ANY ideas for me what I could do to serve the business? We have 2 restaurants and 3 offices. We hold a marketing manager, HR, Controllers, Accountants, etc etc... then within is me... but I want to be of more value and irreplaceable and invaluable to the business! Please, any help, I would so appreciate.

I did an interview for a credit card company on Dec 6th which was almost two weeks ago. The company told me that they would call me and tolerate me know. I emailed them a follow up letter but received no response. I called them and the coordinator was out for meeting. I call them later again and the customer service representative told me that they would call me stern since the company was moving, rearranging the desk, cleaning up.. I did not receive phone telephone yet. Is it better to call them since they havent told me in words whether I got the job or not? Or are they using nonverbal communication although they told me that they would give the name me back twice? One of my friend works there but it took him almost two weeks for them to ring him. I am assuming the same thing... but should I phone call them since they say they will call me hindmost like twice? or do you think they are only just ignoring instead of telling me directly? what is the best entry to reach them in a nice road and find out whether I got hired?
Do you presume my charge is artificial by the finacial crisis?
I work at the La Quinta hotel's inn and suites as an account's receivable, now the thing is.that I know of I'm the lone hotel with an account's receivable clerk because of the so much direct billing that comes in from the airport. I take paid hourly {which mean's I have to clock surrounded by and out and they are strict on overtime}, and I hear that a lot of Assistant General Managers are getting fired in the company. Do you focus I could be affected?
