These are the people that are always stealing credit to impress organization. Some of us can research a problem, figure it out, then discuss it amongst ourselves, after one of these glory grabbers puts out an email flyer about it to "help" everyone with the solution that the rest of us figure out. Management loves this kind of stuff. What shall we do about these sneaky little devious glory-grabbers?
How do you button work-place "glory grabbers"?
Answers: Next time the boss loves "his" thought, be sure to tell the boss you are glad he liked YOUR belief and (glory stealer) seems to like it too.
Would you close to to hear how I researched this problem and came up with the solution?
Be lenient. What comes around, goes around.
When they can't explain how they came up with their brilliant solution to the problem or can't repeat their rite with a new problem, etc. they will look foolish and will be not sufficiently expert to fool the boss(es) any longer.
you hire some people to "take assistance of them"
